Interior for CN Blue and Gray DES

Interior for Canadian National in special Blue and Grey scheme. This can be used as a substitute interior on all ES44AC Tier 4 models and ideal for anyone with disk space issues. Just replace engine's original interior in config file.

Revision: Readme file included for all of the contributors.
Added more exterior details to the body.
repaired the Digital Speedometer readouts, patched texture flickering issues, repaired interior sounds, created left, and right stereo sliding window sounds, aligned Speedometer needles, Speedometers are now more accurate, corrected the Cabin Control errors due to the Trainz Log file errors regarding the Cabin Control Notch Height issues, updated night lighting, and set up Interior for night lighting.
