Tracking Block Rule (Dynamic Safety Block)
This rule adds a 'safety block' immediately behind a moving train by tracking signal changes.
Runs automatically if you have named some signals in the manner described in the property editor, else you can
select a nominated Start and End signal and avoid the need to modify the route. Multiple copies are aware of
each other and will not interfere with signals 'owned' by another - add several instances in Surveyor to control
more than one train simultaneously. Consumes no system resources as it uses threadless code, therefore performance
should be equally rapid on most PCs. You are advised not to start a protected section less than 4 signals distant
from an obstruction such as a level crossing or junction set against the current path, else the signals cannot be
found (this is a limitation of GSTrackSearch). In these cases it is better to start the section on a clear track
stretch immediately after the obstruction.
Thanks to Perchpole for the original concept from which this was developed.
