V/Line VVEY 87+

By 1980 the Victorian Railways were designing a guards van which had the addition of a verandah and a
reinforced plastic guards compartment. ZMF-1 entered service in 1980 with ZMF-2 to 10 entering in 1982. in 1983 the ZMF guard vans were recoded to VVEY for V/Line in 1983.
