QDR 3F6I C-17 974 Brown

Queensland Railways C17 class 4-8-0 branch line locomotive was introduced in 1920 with
welded tender with slightly more water capacity, a caped chimney,and Laird crosshead. In all 84 of the modified design were built and the last 40 were painted brown and had roller bearings. Some have been preserved including No 1000. This model uses the cow catcher, turbo generator and whistle from Auran's PB15 738. The texture for the driving rods was inspired by Marl's 38 class. The rest is by Jacob and Greg Cash. Regauged with Permission by Greg Cash. And a huge thanks to PEV for the regauging of the wheel sets of the loco and tender.
