Steel Industry - Blast Furnace

This building is a remake of Auran's Blast Furnace (kuid:-1:100635). I've changed the coloring and added smoke effects.

I've deliberately NOT made this building industry-active, since people want different types of operations -- some want their industries to work like LARS2 industries, some prefer the ProtoLARS operation, and some don't want industry-active structures at all.
