Overgrown Track Bed for Industrial Area
An overgrown track bed without rails suitable for use in an industrial area. This is a reskin of Mike Banfield's wonderful MB_overgrown_track_bed; the only real difference being that the saturation of the grass has been toned down to be more suitable for use in an industrial area.
