A trash dumpster of a size typical for apartments and small commercial businesses.

Note that this is not a standalone scenery item -- this low-poly/low-texture mesh is a detail item that can be attached to your own creations. In this way, the textures and vertices used for this dumpster can be shared among assets.

The attachment point is centered on the bottom of the model. Your helper point should be positioned so that when looking at the front face of the dumpster, the helper's positive x-axis extends to the right, the y-axis extends into the picture, and the z-axis is up.
