34' Wooden box car built for the Virginia & Truckee Railroad in 1874 by the Wells & French Company for $758.
21,000 pounds unloaded; 12 ton capacity
Carries old west goods and hay
Originally painted yellow, but repainted red in the 1880's
Link and pin couplers; hand brakes only
Based on plans by Michael Collins
Three levels of detail; 1178 / 110 / 16 polygons
