This conditional driver command skips over driver orders if the specified condition is true.

Tokens are track marks with a special purpose: to act as warrents of authorisation that permit a train to occupy a particular location including (but not limited to) any piece of track. Refer to <kuid2:160293:101022:1> for more details.

The jurisdiction of trackmarks is at the user's discretion but is commonly limited to the extent of track between junctions.

Conditions:
Trackmark is vacant (the track on which the trackmark is placed is not occupied by another vehicle)
Trackmark is occupied (by a vehicle other than the train from which the command is issued).
Token Taken. The specified token is held by another train.
Token Free. The specified token is available to be requested by this train.
