BR Standard 12T Van (Ply Doors)

British Railways had around 4,000 planked fitted standard vans with plywood doors built at a variety of locations, in multiple batches. These vans were found used for a plethora of tasks, and were a very common sight on the railways.

This 12T van is in the normal 'late' bauxite built to diag. 1/208.
