Timed Check Point
Timed Check Point rule: Use rule immediately after consist has reached a junction, trigger or track mark. Use the 'On Trigger', 'Check Trackside' or similar rule to call this action.
It will compare the actual time with time expected at a check point. Bonus for being early or on-time, and, panalty for being late.
Rule returns after the message window closes. Works in TANE and TS12
