SS Waterloo

SS Waterloo

The tramp steamer Waterloo was an iron well-deck ship built in 1879 for A C Gow of Glasgow. It was used for general cargoes. The sails were used to supplement the limited power from the marine steam engine. This model is in memory of Ricky Sykes 1942-2008.
