SF Combe gibbet
Combe gibbet is at the top of Gallows Down near the village of Combe in Berkshire (UK). Erected in 1676 for the bodies of two murderers, George Broomham and Dorothy Newham, executed for killing Broomham's wife Martha and her son Robert. The murder was witnessed by 'Mad Thomas'. This is a model of the current replica.
