locomotive for track CSD with tension 3KV DC,which become basis for
future development Czechoslovak locomotives.Series E 499.0 was pattern in Swiss
locomotive series Ae 4/4 (BLS).On locomotives E 499.0 were using license
element from firm SLM Winterthur and SAAS Gen
