PKP Bhxz OCEM S st.Bydgoszcz

Bhxz series 2nd class passenger coach owned Polish State Railways (PKP), manufactured in 1938 by ANF Industrie for French PLM company as OCEM Soudee type No 11 510 C5Dyi (shortly after being delivered, inherited by newly formed French National Railways - SNCF). After the end of World War II the coach was taken over by PKP as No 017 371 Chxz (1948), 017 371 Chixt (1957) and 50 51 20-20 057-9 Bhxz (1967), retired in 1971 and converted to a hotel at Ocypel station. In the mid 1950s this coach underwent a major overhaul, being slightly rebuilt, with the luggage compartment removed and 5 additional passenger compartments added.
