SNCF ABJ cab controls

Cab for SNCF-modified ABJ autorail. This cab in fact contains control handles only; the actual cab interior should be part of the main asset. Speed control is through the handles of the gearbox (4 gears) and a gas handle (4 positions). Nominal gear change speeds are 29, 58 and 87 kmh, respectively. but changing gear at 0.9 times these values is acceptable. Colored lights on the control panel are not prototypical but they are there as an aid in the use of the controls. Only one cab has control at any one time.
This asset defines 11 camera positions for outside as well as interior views. This version is suitable for a Flaman speedometer on the console in the A-cab and a simple Vaucanson speedometer in the B-cab. The corresponding console asset is <kuid:176753:2045008>. To work around a bug in TRS19 SP2, collision boxes for mouse-over have been introduced for some cab controls. For SP4, the attachments of the levers have been rotated, to (partly) overcome a bug in that release.
