Renault VH cab controls (v1.2)

Cab for Renault VH autorail. This cab in fact contains control handles only; the actual cab interior should be part of the main asset. Speed control is through the handles of the gearbox (4 gears in automotive arrangement) and a gas handle (4 positions). Nominal gear change speeds are 29, 58 and 87 kmh, respectively. but changing gear at 0.9 times these values is acceptable. Colored lights on the control panel are not prototypical but they are there as an aid in the use of the controls. Only one cab has control at any one time. This asset defines 10 camera positions for cab-based views (interior and exterior; further external views are based on the main asset). This version is modified with respect to v1 to work around a mouse-over bug in TRS19 build 110491.
