Fsig - chandelier PLM 3C-CRRA

French bracket signal introduced by the PLM company in 1935. It has three signal boards: carré ('square'; absolute stop); rappel de ralentissemant (slow down reminder; indicates the start of a speed limit which has been announced by a previous signal, associated with a diverging junction); avertissement (warning: the next signal is indicating stop).
This asset is intended for use in T:ANE, and will not work properly in earlier versions of Trainz. This signal uses the VSRSemaphoreSignal script written by Bloodnok for N3V.
