An animated billboard with 24 rotating segments displaying 3 different advertisments, one after another. Has animation, 3 LODs,(1793, 945, 273 polygons), normal mapping, simplified constant night mode. Why constant nightmode? Check its daymode, compare it to other daymodes in TS12 and you will see the difference.

Can be converted to TS09 and TS10 (and will work there) by changing the version number in the config.txt from version 2.9 onwards.
