It's now late 1948 and the first of the Lake Series have arrrived to replace the Heavyweight Pullman Sleepers previously used. Realize that car numbers 4, 5, 8 and 9 were assigned to the Pioneer Limited, overnight service between Chicago and the Twin Cities, leaving only 6 cars for the Olympian Hiawatha. This is a 1948 Olympian Hiawatha Lake Sleeper Car painted to match Randy White's FM Erie A kuid2:58422:100191:1
