Alco RS-3 shadow fix bogey
Asset configured as a bogey, referring to the Alco RS-3 shadow mesh by Mark Hoffmann (gumbytrain).
This is a workaround for Alco RS-3/RSD-5 units modded by N8PHU, as it doesn't work to lower the shadow the same way as the body mesh. Only solution so far is to configure it as a bogey.
