Level Crossing Controller
A level crossing controller, which can be used to close level crossing
gates without the need for an approaching train
(See http://www.d-j-whiley.freeserve.co.uk/trainz/tutorials/ for instructions).
Use in conjunction with an invisible crossing to synchronise road traffic with
the gates on a visible crossing.
