YVRR_M_of_W_Flatcar_04

This is based on the Yosemite Valley Railroads Maintainence of Way Car 04 which
was a flatcar and apparently was built from one of the YVRR's 30 ft flatcars. The hooks on the
sides are for carying cables and pipes. There is a load attachment point (a.load0) in the center
of the car for those who would like to add the necessary code to make it carry something.
