Perreault_Covered_Bridge

This is based on the Le Pont Perault Bridge over the Chaudiere River in Quebec, Canada
as it appeared the early 70's (today its red with white trim). Built in 1929 it is the longest covered
bridge in Quebec and the second longest covered bridge in Canada. Automotive traffic was stopped in
1969, it was closed in 1999 for major restoration, and re-opened for pedestrian and bicycle traffic in
the early 2000's. Made the piers 20 ft taller (by request).
