Rotary Car Dump 12

This is an animated rotary coal dump with smoke and sound effects which designed to
unload 1, 2, or 3 cars. Many thanks to Dale Pattee of bseng.inc for the script file to make it all work.

NOTE 1: While it will unload four 22 ft cars the last car will just barely have finished unloading
before the animation is complete.

NOTE 2: The trigger is centered in the half of the bin closest to the operators shack.

NOTE 3: Please read the README file in the folder for information and operational instructions. This is
a complex item and a bit different then RCD's 1 thru 11.
