Buffalo_Road_Underpass

This underpass carries CSX and Rochester & Southern trackage over Buffalo Road in
Rochester, NY. Photos show its wide enough for 7 tracks although only 6 are presently installed. It
has a switch on the span so for that reason I have not placed any track on it. A chainlink fence
spline should be added on both sides on the upper level.
