WP&Y_Canadian_Snow_Shed_Spline

This is based on the Canadain Snow shed on the White Pass & Yukon Railroad. This
type is considered a drift snow shed usually placed of relativly flat ground
subject to extreme snow drifts as oppsoed to one built next to a steep slope
subject to avalanches.
