WP&Y_Skagway_Watertank

This is a non-animnated watertank at Skagway. It was located up a hill and 100 yards
(probably more) from the water spout it fed. The box-like structure under the stairs
insulates the water pipe inside to keep it from freezing. The water is probably kept
running slightly to also help keep the pipes from freezing. This is not an unusual
arrangement in climates like that in this area. Includes nightmode.
