Pontoon Bridge 2

This is version 2 of the Milwaukee Roads pontoon bridge over the Mississippi River linking
Marquette, Iowa and Prarie du Chien, Wisconsin. This version is interactive to open when a boat which as been setup as a
locomotive riding on the invisible tracks in the water comes within the trigger radius of the bridge. Many thanks to Mike

IMPORTANT! See the README file in the folder for historical, engineering, and operational instructions to make the bridge
interactive for a train crossing the span.
