AES_Westover_Power_Plant

This is roughly based on the 119 megawatt coal fired power plant located off Riverside drive in
Westover (Johnson City), NY built in 1901. It was closed due to environmental considerations
and to cut costs. This represents it as it may have looked in 1982. Obviously this structure needs
out buildings, switching yards, etc. I started this at least 2 years ago for a route that has
apparently gone the way of the dinosaurs. I hate to leave things lying around non-uploaded so
even though its not complete hopefully someone can get some use out of it. Its interactive
for coal input (moving unload at 5 MPH or less).
