Haupt Truss 1

The Haupt truss design adds strength from the laminated curved arch (in compression) attached to
the structure. Unlike the Curved Chord truss, the ends of the laminated curved beam must terminate on a stone pier
below the deck level of the bridge. This is NOT a heavy duty bridge. Engines were limited to light weight 4-6-0's to 2-8-0's
or smaller with 4-4-0's being the most common. KUID 35412:38051 (MB_rail_only_track) is required for this item.
