Kinzua Bridge 1

This is based on the Kinzua Bridge in Bradford, Pa. although it is not an exact replica.
The fencing can be changed by changing the kuid for track_1 and track_2 in the config file and in the kuid
list to any fence spline. Overall length about 3410 ft.
