WP&Y_Flatcar_4

WP&Y_Flatcar_4

This is based on a series of 30 ft flatcars on the WP&Y (550 - 599 using numberit).
The WP&Y only used odd numbers for these cars but thats not possible in numberit.
There is an attachment point (a.load0) in the center of the car for those who would
like to make it interactive for some sort of load.
