WP&Y_Tankcar_6

This is based on a very unusual tankcar on the WP&Y RR. The tank was enclosed in
a boxcar like structure probably to keep its contents from freezing in the winter.
The one photo I have of it in a consist shows it right behind the tender so its not
unreasonable to think a steam line was run back from the engine to keep the interior
warm. Added interactivity.
