WP&Y_Page_Dump_Car_301

This is based on the page dump cars on the WP&Y and is interactive for coal. These were
very unusual side dump cars. Since they were manually rotated to unload a single bin the
length of the car would have been to heavy for the workers to rotate so the bin was
divided in two. Each could be independently rotated to empty to either side.

IMPORTANT! This car is manually controlled. Please see the README file in the folder for
instructions. This is a complex item.
