WP&Y_Skagway_Oil_Storage

This is the oil storage facility in the Skagway yard. In the real world products were probably
delivered to these tanks via pipeline from the Skagway dock area. The large tank probably held
diesel and the small tank either gasoline or lubricating oil. However in Trainz this has been
set up to deliver:
kuid:-3:10010 crudeoil
kuid:-3:10011 diesel
kuid:-1:10012 petrol
kuid:-3:10045 aviation
to keep it consistent with WP&Y tankcars and local storage tank facilities up the line.
