PRR_Pedestrian_Overpass_2

This is the 2nd in a series of pedestrian overpasses roughly based on one in the
Altoona Yard on the Pensylvania Railroad. This version is wide enough for 8 tracks
on 13 ft centers and has a different end staircase arrangement.
