QCRR_Valley_Junction_Watertank

This is based on the Quebec central Watertank at Valley Junction. While many
water tanks in cold climates were enclosed inside a heated structure this
is a bit unusual in that the spout is kept inside the structure when not
delivering water. This has an animated door and spout plus an operational
water level indicator.
