New_Hi-Capy_Flat_5_Body
A high capacity depressed center flatcar using an older design 12 wheel bogeys.
There is an attachment point in the center of the car (a.load0) for those who
would like to make it interactive for a load. The lettering text, color, and size
can be changed by manipulating the values in the config files mesh table.
