New_Hi-Capy_Flat_7
A smaller capacity depressed center flatcar using 100 ton 4-wheel bogeys.
There is an attachment point in the center of the car (a.load0) for those who
would like to make it interactive for a load. The lettering text, color, and size
can be changed by manipulating the values in the config files mesh table.
