This is the Hulland Housebuilt in 1947 in Whitehorse, Yukon Territory on the WP&Y RR.
It was an intergral part of the Old Town district and for its association with school
superintendent Ronald (Jack) Hulland. This dwelling was the first private home in
Whitehorse to be designated as a municipal historic site. Includes nightmode.
