PRR_Altoona_Coaling_Tower

This is the very large coaling tower at Altoona PA on the PRR. This is
interactive on all 10 chutes plus 2 coal delivery tracks with smoke and sound.
NOTE!
This requires the addition of a 2 by 2 dighole under the coal delivery area.
Adjust the items position to center the coal delivery area over the digholes.
