New FEC Boynton Bridge

This is a single track concrete bridge spline based on a very simple design used
on the Florida East Coast Railroad. Apparently the FEC got tired of trying to keep folks from using the bridge
to cross a canal so they rebuilt it as a single track span with a sidewalk and a hand railing on one side.
