Stockyard 12

This is an interactive stockyard which takes cattle in from 3 ft gauge track and ships
them out via standard gauge track. It does not automatically generate or consume cattle. The total capacity
is 768 but due to a limitation in Trainz only 256 are interactive. 512 are static. The number of cattle initially
appearing in the pens can be changed by changing the numbers following the initial-count entries in the queues
section of the config file. I have scattered the groups of 64 in the pens on this one (by request). Many thanks
