This is a 1500 series D&RGW 3 ft gauge gondola with the ends removed for transporting
40 ft lengths of pipes. There is an attachment point (a.load0) in the center of the car. The letterings text,
color, and size can be changed by manipulating the values in the effects section of the config file.
