NG Pipe Gon (loaded)

This is a 1500 series D&RGW 3 ft gauge gondola with the ends removed for transporting
40 ft lengths of pipes. Idler flats must be placed on both ends to handle the pipe overhang. The letterings text,
color, and size can be changed by manipulating the vaules in the effects section of the config file.
