Hicapyflat 9 body

This is a specialized version of Hicapyflat_1 for use with Hicapyflat_8. It has part of the mechanism that
allows the catalytic cracking tower to rotate on this load bearing car. After delivery these cars would be returned to the
manufacturer in pairs. Assemble this car in Surveyor by placing the body section on the track then select the bolster
(kuid2:210518:6501:1) and place them half way between the center of the body and each end.
