Rendsburg Bridge Part 1

This is the fixed (non-spline) sectionof the Rendsburg Bridge over the Kiel canal in
Germany. The transporter carried up to 6 autos and 50 passengers. It is animated to cross in 40 seconds, wait
30 seconds, cross back over in 40 seconds, and wait 30 seconds before repeating the cycle. This can be changed
by changing the animation-loop-speed value in the config file.
