This is a viaduct spline to go between two Hill To Hill Bridge Part 1 spans.
NOTE! This will not snap attach to the fixed part 1 spans. Position carefully then add invisible road
(kuid:36646:37002 for example) which will snap attach to the Part 1 spans. This way automotive traffic
will continue over the Part 3 section.
