Cedar Ave Bridge

A single span 4 track thru plate girder bridge. Span length approx 70 ft. The letterings text,
color and size can be changed by manipulating the values in the effects section of the config files mesh table.
Each panel section has an attachment point for a single letter (20 per side) so longer or shorter names can be
made. Unused attachment points should have quotation marks with nothing in between.
